    Today, we took out a piece of paper to write 5 sentences with the one of the vocabulary words that we wrote down yesterday. The two words that I know, animosity and aesthetic, were easy to put in a sentence. While the rest were a little bit hard. After that, we took out another sheet of paper and took notes about argumentative essay. Now of course, I used some colorful pen in order to make my notes fun.

 Today, we talked about citations and ways of writing them. Most of us did not do great on the citing textual evidence part of the Benchmark. So today, we took notes on citations and answered questions. 

 Today, we wrote down a poem called “Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening”. We read the poem together with a little bit of rhythm. After reading, we analyze the poem and broke it down stanza to stanza. For me, I made my note a bit colorful. So that way, it won’t be too boring and bland.

  Today, we continue working on our poems. Now, I only wrote a few lines down. So I think I only got 11 more lines to write and then I’m done for my poem. The topic of my poem is about my dream of being an artist. I describe the beauty of art and how they feel like they can transport you to a different world.
